We are also organizing Guest lectures & Seminars by inviting Directors & Vice –Presidents from various Indian & Multinational industries with a view to share their industrial experiences, views & thoughts to our students. Recently we organized a National Seminar “Leadership Show Case ‘09” at Hotel Taj Blue Diamond and many Corporate stalwarts shared their experience with our students during the Meet. We have attached an extensive report with photographs in this prospectus for instant reference.
We have acquired 25 acres of land in Hadapsar, Pune for our Institute and construction will commence after New Year’10 with all the latest amenities like centrally Air Conditioned 1,80,000 sq ft Academic building, Wi-Fi Facilities, Class rooms with audio & visual facilities, Air- conditioned Hostels for Girls & Boys, McDonald outlet, SBI ATM, Gym, Swimming Pool, Amphi-theatre, Conference Hall for accommodating 1200 students,24 hrs coffee shop, international & Indian Mess, library with digital facilities and hotel with 5 star facilities. We are also planning to start Engineering college & Medical college in due course of time.
Our students are entrusted with the enormous responsibility of conducting seminars by inviting leaders from various industries. Our seminars are like festivals of knowledge. Organizing such events instills phenomenal confidence in students, preparing them to meet the challenges the industry is actually facing. Students are put through a schedule that strikes a perfect balance between academic inputs and workshops conducted by veterans from the corporate world, which gives the exposure to the latest developments in the industry. Our rigorous daily schedule (09.00 AM to 09.00 PM ) ensures that our students emerge as the very best in all trades of the business.
Summer and Winter Internships are a compulsory part of our system. We place the students in the actual business environment for four months of training besides theoretical training in the class room, in order to facilitate “Learning” under the guidance of practicing managers.
Placement is the Key focus area at ISMR- On successful completion of the programme, the Institute helps the students explore Placement opportunities by inviting companies for campus placement. The Institute has an amazing placement cell under the guidance of Director – Placements and advisory committee to provide information, advice and counsel as they decide career objectives and prepare them for their Summer/Winter and Final Placements in Indian and Multinational Industries. As a result, our students of first batch have been placed with 100% of Placement Records even in recession period. Now, our second batch is well equipped for Corporate Placements – 2010.
